5. Scope of the Service; Regional Availability

patternfetch is a data and analytics provider. It covers US stocks and exchange-traded funds (sourced from Yahoo, split- and dividend-adjusted, delayed/end-of-day) and crypto-asset spot pairs (sourced from Binance). It does not cover foreign exchange, futures, or options. patternfetch does not custody assets, execute, route or transmit orders, issue or offer securities or crypto-assets, and does not operate as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP).

Crypto-asset data is not offered or delivered to US persons or to requests originating from the United States; such requests are refused by the Service. Stock and ETF data is not subject to this restriction. The Service is not directed to persons in any jurisdiction where its provision would be unlawful, and you are responsible for compliance with the law applicable to you.
