Last updated 2026-06-22. By creating an account or API key, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Disclaimer. The Service is offered for business and automated-agent use.

Not advice / posture

  1. patternfetch is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction.
  2. All data, signals, scores, "analogs," patterns and AI outputs are for informational/educational purposes only — not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.
  3. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, inducement, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any crypto-asset, security or instrument, or to adopt any strategy.
  4. Outputs are impersonal and general — they do not account for your objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, tax position, or suitability.
  5. You are a self-directed user, solely responsible for your own decisions; consult a licensed professional and conduct your own due diligence.
  6. No fiduciary, advisory, agency, or client relationship is created by use of the Service or API.

Performance / analogs

  1. Past performance and historical patterns are NOT indicative of, and do not guarantee, future results.
  2. Historical analogs/backtests are hypothetical/simulated, designed with hindsight, do not represent actual trading. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
  3. Signals/scores are probabilistic, may be inaccurate/delayed, and are NOT promises of profit.
  4. AI/algorithmic outputs may be incomplete, erroneous, or "hallucinated"; do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision.
  5. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and you may lose all capital; trade only what you can afford to lose.

Warranties / liability

  1. The Service and all Data are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.
  2. No warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or error-free/uninterrupted operation.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits/revenue/data.
  4. Aggregate liability is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or EUR 100. (German law: exclusions do not apply to intent, gross negligence, or injury to life/body/health — §§ 305–310, 309 BGB.)

Structural

  1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless patternfetch and its operator for claims arising from your use, breach, or third-party-rights violations (business users).
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany; exclusive venue is the operator's seat, to the extent permitted.
  3. The Service is not directed to persons where its provision would be unlawful and may not be appropriate everywhere; you are responsible for local-law compliance; void where prohibited.
  4. The Service is NOT offered to, and may not be used by or from within, the United States or by US persons.
  5. Business/agent users: if you surface patternfetch outputs to your own users or agents, you will not present them as advice and will display your own informational-only disclaimers; you are responsible for all downstream/automated use.
  6. patternfetch does not custody assets, execute trades, issue/offer crypto-assets, or operate as a CASP; it is a data/analytics provider only.
